Beachside New Home Build
This beachside new custom home build was based on a unique architectural design. It was made that little bit trickier by being constructed on a very narrow block. This was to maximise interior space by being built right to the boundary edges.
The brief was ‘beachside living’, and with the coastal design, we ensured a fresh interior. High quality finishes were used throughout, with high attention to detail to ensure the finishes were perfect! This included the Blackbutt hardwood flooring in the main living space and kitchen and on the staircase. The balustrades are frameless glass and has been meticulously installed with brushed stainless hardware placed to pinpoint accuracy.
Being constructed right next to the ocean meant that high grade marine suitable materials were used for the windows, lighting and door hardware, and other components throughout the build to ensure longevity in the harsh seaside environment.
Contemporary Design
The front facade of this stylish home features amazing detail with dark brick and light colour mortar contrasted with stark white fibre cement cladding, vertical detail joins on the darker cladding and natural stone on the front courtyard area. An exposed aggregate driveway creates that relaxed beachside feel to the entry and crisp detailing of the exterior area ceilings finished in white with dark joins oozes class and luxury. The entrance foyer after passing through a brightly painted front entrance door leads you to a grand triple height ceiling, complete with natural stone flooring and plaster finished to perfection.
The kitchen was finished in a crisp white with butler's pantry and a chic, modern tile design to the splash back. The impressive living space features a fireplace and tall vaulted ceiling, painstakingly finished with a curved plaster ceiling, ducted air conditioning system and plantation shutter blinds to the windows.
The bathrooms are luxuriously appointed as you would expect in such a grand residence with large format tiling throughout taken to the square set ceilings. The ensuite is accessed through a large walk in robe and features a freestanding bath, heated towel rails, large floating vanity and wall mounted tapware.
This amazing home is finished off with private decks, balconies and courtyards to various room within the residence.
