Modernisation Renovation
This renovation took place on a property located on Buchanan’s Road, with amazing panoramic views over Coffs Harbour and the ocean!
The original home underwent a modernisation of the kitchen, living area, master suite and bathroom The combination of materials gives a warm tone to the home and makes the property feel welcoming whilst tying in with the original building.
Two-storey outdoor addition
There was a two-storey outdoor addition built, to capitalise on the elevated location and sensational views.
The amazing outdoor room created as part of the extension has natural stone flooring, minimal aluminium balustrades, ceiling fans to keep you cool during the warmer months and an amazing vista over the mountains of the area.
Premium materials were used throughout, including timber floors in the living space for warmth and comfort, high gloss tiles and solid surface waterfall ends in the kitchen, feature handle-free cabinetry, floating stairs and stunning bi-fold doors leading out to that amazing view!
